Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
The Role:- Handling Inbound Calls: You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Using In-House Systems: You will be required to use multiple in-house systems to manage and record calls, update customer records, and process customer requests.
- Triage Calls: You will be responsible for triaging calls to internal departments that align with the customer's needs.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, aiming for a first-time resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working with Client SLA's and KPI's: You will be required to work in line with client SLA's and KPI's, ensuring that you meet the required standards.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: You will need to have previous customer service experience, ideally in a call-based environment handling inbound customer calls.
- Passion for Customer Service: You will need to have a genuine passion and interest in customer service, with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong IT Skills: You will need to have strong IT skills, with the ability to use multiple in-house systems and be comfortable and confident picking up and using various systems.
- Confidence and Initiative: You will need to have confidence in making decisions and using your own initiative.
- Willingness to Learn: You will need to be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- Resilience and Calm Approach: You will need to be resilient and have a calm approach to dealing with customer queries and issues.
- Full Time: You will be required to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Shifts: You will be required to work shifts between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis.
- Flexibility: You will need to be fully flexible to work the above hours and days, which will be on a rota basis.
