As a Private Client Tax Associate Director, you will work with a diverse range of clients, industries, and projects, enabling both experience and knowledge growth. With a commitment to internal progression, combined with our continuous growth, there are ample opportunities for promotion.

Your client portfolios will consist of a mixture of private clients with both established and growing wealth. There is also a focus within the team on private equity executives and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering comprehensive tax strategies and solutions
  • Supporting senior members of the team to identify opportunities for new work
  • Developing new business into profitable long-term client relationships
  • People management and organisational experience

Requirements:

  • Significant experience gained within another professional services firm
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of a variety of private client tax issues dealing with complex capital gains tax and inheritance tax matters
  • Proven technical knowledge and capability to communicate complex messages to your client base
  • Proven expertise in developing new business into profitable long-term client relationships
  • People management and organisational experience
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Tax Adviser - ACA / CTA
