Job Summary:
Tpfrecruitment is seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Manager to join a top-tier chartered accountancy practice in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including OMB directors, international clients, HNWI's, and UHNWI's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare personal tax returns for a broad range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Oversee a small team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion and submission of tax returns.
- Monitor tax return progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide expert tax advice to clients, ensuring they are aware of their tax liabilities and obligations.
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure accurate and prompt completion of tax returns, addressing any technical queries or concerns.
- Identify tax planning opportunities for clients, providing guidance on optimal tax strategies.
- Deal with routine HMRC enquiries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
Requirements:
- CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified with a minimum of 4 years' personal tax experience within a practice environment.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work in a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in dealing with non-doms and HNWIs, with a strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
