We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Administration Team in the day-to-day operations of the Sulis Hospital Bath Administration office.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure the effective processing of clinical bookings for theatres, prioritizing patient bookings and data input with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to liaise with insurance companies and obtain pre-authorizations for private patient procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with a proven track record of self-management, prioritization, and attention to detail. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Administration Team in the day-to-day operations of the Administration office
- Process clinical bookings for theatres, prioritizing patient bookings and data input with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations for private patient procedures
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing administrative support as required
