This role is integral to our operations at the World Distribution Centre, focusing on the 10:30am-7pm shift. Please ensure your availability for this schedule before applying.

Compensation: Starting Hourly Rate - £11.46 p/h, paid on a salaried basis.
Contractual Hours - 39 hours per week.
Work Days - Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts during peak periods.
Shift Allowance: An additional 25% for the hour worked between 6pm-7pm.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Safely manage products with precision and care.
- Follow all stock management protocols and procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness and perform basic sanitation tasks to uphold a tidy workspace.
- Execute all relevant work instructions within your area.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Engage in necessary training programs to enhance your skills and support your professional growth.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Proficient in using smart technology, including handheld devices and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with stock management systems is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards colleagues.
- Effective communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
- Consistent delivery of high personal performance standards with a constructive approach to tasks and interactions.
- Capability to adhere to manual handling guidelines.
