Job Summary

Lancaster University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Associate Dean for Engagement. This is a senior leadership position within the Faculty of Science and Technology, responsible for providing academic leadership and strategic direction in the area of engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on strategic projects and initiatives related to engagement
  • Manage engagement processes and committees
  • Promote a culture of engagement within the Faculty
  • Represent the Faculty within and beyond the University

Requirements

  • Senior Lecturer/Grade 9 level or above
  • Existing member of academic staff within the Faculty
  • Contract of employment at the University extending for at least 4 years

What We Offer

  • Salary supplement equivalent to one or two increments on salary scale
  • Associate Dean allowance to support research, knowledge transfer, scholarly activity, or educational enhancement
  • Academic Research & Education Leave (AREL) eligibility
