Dennison Commercials Ltd, the exclusive Volvo Truck & Bus dealer and a premier provider of heavy commercial vehicles in Northern Ireland, is on the lookout for a Full-Time Goods In Co-Ordinator for our Newry Dealerpoint.

Working Hours:

The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. However, flexibility to work evenings and Saturday mornings may be necessary based on operational needs.

Role Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the parts storage and goods in area.
  • Receiving parts and ensuring accurate and timely stock handling.
  • Verifying goods for accuracy, checking for damages and confirming quantities.
  • Processing all goods receipt documentation accurately.
  • Delivering stock to designated areas within the storage facility and ensuring proper placement.
  • Updating the company inventory system to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Returning parts according to the Volvo warranty return procedures.
  • Assisting with order picking as needed.
  • Participating in stocktaking activities as required.
  • Performing forklift operations as necessary.
  • Complying with Company Health and Safety regulations.
  • Carrying out additional duties relevant to the role as needed.

Essential Skills

Experience in servicing and compliance is essential.
