Full Time Dental Receptionist Maternity Cover

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team at The Dental Centre in London on a fixed-term contract for 9 months. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and records with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and treatment
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Previous front-of-house reception experience, preferably in a dental setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service
