About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team at The Dental Centre, London. This is a part-time opportunity for 9 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the practice by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Previous front-of-house experience, preferably in a dental setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
