About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team at PortmanDentex Dental Care. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and correspondence
- Process patient payments and handle financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and other staff members

Requirements
- Proven front-of-house experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting
- Motivated, organized, and a good communicator
- Able to maintain high standards of patient care and provide a warm and welcoming environment
- Positive, enthusiastic, and honest in all aspects of the job
- Able to motivate both yourself and others to achieve great results for our patients
