About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and expanding Emergency Department, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in emergency medicine. You will be working alongside a motivated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including medical diagnosis and treatment.
- Monitor quality and continuity of patient care, leading in nursing audit and taking action to address improvements required.
- Ensure effective discharge planning and health promotion.
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Healthcare Practitioner who has:
- Registered Nurse/Allied Health Professional qualification.
- Educated to Masters degree level or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Emergency Care and significant ACP experience.
