About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work towards Credentialing with the Royal College of Emergency Medicine through the demonstration of expert clinical practice, producing a portfolio of practice to demonstrate the appropriate knowledge, skills, and ability.
  • To work towards becoming an expert clinical practitioner, who ensures patients receive high-quality clinical care including medical diagnosis.
  • To monitor quality and continuity of patient care, lead in nursing audit, taking action to address improvements required.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Registered Nurse/Allied Health Professional qualification.
  • Educated to Master's degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in Emergency Care.
