Nurse Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Deputy Manager to join our team at Chyvarhas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of Chyvarhas, leading a team of care professionals with passion and commitment.
- Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families, and contribute to the home's success.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enrich the lives of our residents, providing personalized care and support.
- Participate in leisure and social activities, promoting a positive and engaging environment.
- A competitive salary range of £40,084.00 to £47,840.00 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus bank holidays.
- Support in meeting NMC revalidation requirements for CPD.
- Complimentary meals during shifts lasting over 10 hours.

- A contributory pension plan, matched up to 7%.

- Previous experience in a nursing setting.
- A full, valid driver's license and access to own vehicle (desirable).
