Nurse Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Deputy Manager to join our team at Chyvarhas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of Chyvarhas, leading a team of care professionals with passion and commitment.
- Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families, and contribute to the home's success.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enrich the lives of our residents, providing personalized care and support.
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- A competitive salary range of £40,084.00 to £47,840.00 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus bank holidays.
- Complimentary meals during shifts lasting over 10 hours.
- Comprehensive training and internal career opportunities, including the Deputy Manager – Lead to Succeed programme.

- Loyalty recognition scheme for 12 months' service onwards.
- Previous experience in a nursing setting.
