Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to join our team at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Bournemouth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the customer journey, ensuring brand standards are exceeded, and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Manage the hotel's operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and food and beverage
