Position Overview:
As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Team of a rapidly expanding, VC-backed organization with approximately 900 employees worldwide. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative and organizational tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Diary Management:** Efficiently coordinate and maintain the schedules of the Executive Team, including organizing appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and visa applications.
2. **Communication Facilitation:** Set up and manage conference calls, video conferences, and online meetings to ensure seamless communication.
3. **Event Coordination:** Plan and organize meetings and events, which includes venue bookings, agenda preparation, and drafting minutes.
4. **Documentation Support:** Produce briefing papers, reports, and presentations to assist in the timely creation of professional documents.
5. **Inquiry Management:** Monitor, respond to, and redirect inquiries, phone calls, and requests to minimize interruptions and ensure prompt resolution.
6. **Office Systems Management:** Develop and maintain efficient office systems, including data management, filing, and handling emails and postal correspondence as necessary.
7. **Supply Management:** Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring their functionality and availability.
8. **Operational Efficiency:** Implement and uphold effective office procedures and systems.
9. **Company Event Coordination:** Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
10. **Travel Coordination:** Demonstrate experience in arranging global travel logistics.
11. **Technical Proficiency:** Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 based on experience, along with 25 days of annual leave and 2 flexible days. Additional benefits include a pension scheme (5% employer contribution, 3% employee contribution), car parking, and a standard workweek of 37 hours. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
