Job Title: Customer Experience Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Customer Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential
- Recruit, induct, and train new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the role
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly organized and able to maintain accurate records and reports
