Accounts Payable Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Operations Specialist to join our team at Redde Northgate plc. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our supplier relationships and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments for authorized goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers to guarantee seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating them to management as necessary to maintain operational integrity.
- Establish and maintain a robust control framework to ensure our processes meet the highest standards of efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and support the team in achieving its objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions, with a proven ability to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- The tenacity to follow through on issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively, and the resilience to navigate challenges and maintain focus under pressure.
- A proven ability to manage and prioritize your own workload, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality, and the organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, but also thrive as part of a large, dynamic team, understanding the importance of communication, cooperation, and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
