Membership Experience Host

Everlast Gyms is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Experience Host to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members, and contributing to the overall success of our club.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maximize every member and guest's experience in our club, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Support the sales and retention of memberships through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members.
  • Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required and ensuring the club is secure and ready for business.
  • Develop a good understanding of our membership software system, using it to manage member interactions and provide a seamless experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, participating in these initiatives to drive engagement and member satisfaction.
  • Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our members.
  • Ensure you have experienced our products and services, providing informed recommendations and support to our members.
  • Take an active role in maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, exceeding expectations and setting a high standard for our team.
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the member experience.
  • Effectively handle member complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring the relevant manager is informed.

  • Be an outgoing and positive individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be competent in all administrative duties, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Be driven and ambitious, with a desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
  • Be willing and able to participate in learning and development opportunities, progressing both your competencies and career.
  • Be flexible, able to work shifts to suit the needs of the business and take on additional duties to support your team members.
  • Be target-focused, supporting the club in achieving sales and retention targets and driving success for the business.
