Senior Store Manager

At Currys, we're united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. As a Senior Store Manager - Activity and Capacity Planning, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the forward planning cycle, ensuring clear visibility of the pipeline of work and the capacity to deliver.
- Lead the methodology, data, and reporting to govern and manage multiple different requests and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain long-term business and operational relationships to engage and influence the delivery of the stores one plan to the channels.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the wider teams that request all store-facing learning and workload communications to retail colleagues in the UK and Ireland store channels.
- Become the air traffic control for all our activity and workload, ensuring timely reporting and highlighting risks with our colleagues and the wider business.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Proven project management and planning skills and tools expertise.
- Leadership and coaching skills with managerial experience.
- Excellent data and analytics understanding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook/Office 365.
