Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store in Bristol. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store operations, including staff, inventory, sales, and customer service
- Develop strategies to increase store sales and profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals
- Ensure high-quality customer service and sales performance
- Monitor and review store performance, providing regular reports to senior management
- Proven retail experience as a Store Manager or equivalent
- Ability to manage KPIs and budgets to improve store performance
- Confident leader and motivator with a track record of driving sales and performance
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Business-oriented with a focus on driving sales and profitability
- Competitive basic salary of up to £38,000
