About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical M&E Operations Manager to join our team at PRS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our data centre facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the daily operations of our data centre facilities, including preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of facilities management professionals to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve facilities management processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all facilities management activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Trade Qualifications: Possess a trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Certifications: Hold a City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3 certification or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proven track record in hard and soft services facilities management, with a solid understanding of building services and data centre operations.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: £52,000 + annual bonus.
  • Benefits Package: 25 standard holiday days + Bank holidays, and 26 additional days through a 9-day working fortnight, plus a range of other benefits including company pension, sick pay, and professional training opportunities.
