PRS LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical M&E Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our shift-based team, you will be responsible for delivering high-calibre essential maintenance services within a designated section of our Critical Site.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient operation of plant and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with technical subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with site procedures and method statements.
- Monitor and record data centre temperatures, humidity, and space conditions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Manage and rectify defects through the helpdesk to meet SLA timeframes.
- Provide rapid and effective response to customer and helpdesk requirements.
- Review RAMS and subcontractor competencies before work permits are authorised.
- Trade trained with 3 years' experience in building services.
- City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3.
- Good building services knowledge.
- 5 years' experience in hard and soft services facilities management.
- 25 days holiday as standard + Bank holidays.
- 26 extra days through 9 day working fortnight.
- Holiday Buy Scheme – up to 5 days.
