Position: Procurement Manager – Food & Beverage
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £66,750 per annum with potential for a 20% bonus and additional benefits
Role Summary:
Talent Drive is excited to collaborate with a prominent hospitality organization in search of a Procurement Manager focused on the Food & Beverage category. This role will report directly to the Head of F&B Procurement and will be responsible for overseeing supplier relationships and enhancing category strategies to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective category strategies for Food & Beverage, ensuring ongoing improvement and optimization.
- Manage and nurture commercial relationships with suppliers to maximize value.
- Identify new opportunities within the supply chain and foster continuous enhancements.
- Oversee all procurement activities, from market entry to comprehensive category management.
- Analyze competitor activities and utilize market data to establish a competitive edge for the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in procurement within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Proven ability to create and execute sourcing strategies that yield significant value.
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of managing complex contracts.
- Experience in dynamic environments such as Hospitality, Retail, or FMCG is highly advantageous.
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive salary range of £60,000-£66,750 based on experience.
- Flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office).
- Performance-based bonus of up to 20%.
