Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Haven, a leading leisure and hospitality company. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of sourcing, category management, and procurement activities within the food and beverage category.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Nurture and enhance commercial relationships with suppliers to secure the best-value offerings available in the market.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain and technical management teams to develop and manage a safe and efficient food and beverage supply chain.
- Develop and manage categories to ensure purchasing in F&B is transparent, straightforward, and supportive of team members across the business.
- Play a key role in the Procurement Team, supporting and contributing to procurement strategy across Haven.
- Work closely with F&B technical teams to ensure guest safety and maintain comprehensive adherence to legal obligations regarding food safety, including allergen management and other relevant regulations.
- Experience in Food and Beverage procurement (ideally in Leisure/Hospitality setting) and Sourcing, including negotiation for supply of goods and services along with associated KPIs.
- Proven history of developing and executing sourcing and procurement engagements that return substantial value.
- Strong Stakeholder management experience.
- Experience of effective supplier management (including commercial and qualitative performance, risk management, and supplier relationship management) techniques.
