About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Support Volunteer to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a Health and Wellbeing Support Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Health and Wellbeing Team in delivering effective health and wellbeing interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in welcoming individuals to the service and help create a calm and supportive environment.
  • Support the Health Connectors in their 1-2-1 sessions by preparing materials or setting up the environment.
  • Help disseminate information about the '5 Ways to Wellbeing' model and other health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Assist in initial screenings by providing administrative support and ensuring smooth referral processes.
  • Support in organising and facilitating health-related workshops or group activities.
  • Contribute to the delivery of harm reduction information and educational materials.
  • Assist in risk management processes by providing observational feedback to Health Connectors.
  • Help maintain a professional and presentable working environment.
  • Provide administrative support in recording activities and interventions as per guidelines.
  • Support in promoting health and wellbeing interventions through community outreach.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to detox interventions and community health clinics, such as scheduling and organising resources.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals for logistical support and follow-up on client progress.
  • Adhere to and uphold safeguarding policies, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling client data.
