Dainese UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering an exceptional in-store experience and enhancing sales performance. Previous experience in structured retail environments, particularly in sports, fashion, or accessories, is highly valued. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for motorcycle apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with purchases, providing product recommendations, and sharing detailed product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the store's merchandise and pricing.
- Comply with all company policies related to sales, operations, branding, and marketing.
- Process merchandise returns and exchanges in line with store procedures.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions as required.
- Ensure the store is organized and presentable, including restocking and arranging products on the sales floor and in storage areas.
- Support loss prevention efforts by reporting any theft or suspicious activities to management.
- Manage incoming retail communications.
- Assist with inventory deliveries, including lifting and stocking items as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager or other supervisory staff.
Additional Information:
Occasional overtime may be necessary for special events, which may include off-site activities.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent; two years of relevant experience or training; or a combination of education and experience.
Work Environment:
The characteristics of the work environment are typical for this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The noise level is generally moderate and the work is primarily indoors.
