As a lecturer in our Inclusive Practice provision, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with students who have an EHCP, ensuring that their individual planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting needs are met. It is essential that you maintain the positive ethos and core values of the college both inside and outside the classroom.

You will provide personalised guidance to students, helping them navigate their next steps with cross-college, supported internship, employment, or with local authority provision.
