  • Conducting thorough building surveys, condition assessments, and preparing detailed reports to ensure accurate and comprehensive results.
  • Managing refurbishment, renovation, and repair projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Providing expert advice on building defects, repairs, and health and safety issues to clients.
  • Engaging in client relationship management, including business development and networking to secure new opportunities.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors, contributing to their professional development and the overall success of the team.

Key Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified with significant experience in building surveying.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction, pathology, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven track record in managing projects and delivering client-focused services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in building surveying.
