Job Title: Lead Neuropsychologist/Clinical Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Neuropsychologist/Clinical Director to join our team at Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our psychology team and providing direct psychological services to clients with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the psychology team in providing high-quality services to clients
  • Develop and implement outpatient services for non-residential clients
  • Conduct therapeutic support through group and individual sessions
  • Prepare detailed professional reports on client assessment
  • Direct and supervise clinical staff and students
  • Provide training and consultation to colleagues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Doctorate level training in clinical psychology
  • Experience working with neurologically impaired adults
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
