Job Title: Lead Neuropsychologist/Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Neuropsychologist/Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People. The successful candidate will lead and support our psychology team, providing a direct psychological service to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and interpret a wide range of assessment procedures to provide a direct psychological service to clients and their families.
  • Develop and lead the out-patient service for non-residential clients requiring clinical psychology.
  • Provide therapeutic support to clients through group work and individual sessions.
  • Prepare detailed professional reports on client assessment and progress, making recommendations for future provision.
  • Direct and supervise the clinical work of clinical staff and students within the centre as appropriate.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and neuropsychology, with experience in leading and managing teams. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
