Job Title: Lead Neuropsychologist/Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Neuropsychologist/Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People. As a key member of our psychology team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the clinical work of our staff and students, as well as providing direct psychological services to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the psychology team at CRC, providing guidance and supervision as needed.
  • Conduct and interpret a wide range of assessment procedures to provide direct psychological services to clients and their families.
  • Develop and implement the out-patient service for non-residential clients requiring clinical psychology.
  • Provide therapeutic support to clients through group work and individual sessions.
  • Prepare detailed professional reports on client assessment and progress, making recommendations for future provision.
  • Direct and supervise the clinical work of clinical staff and students within the centre as appropriate.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in clinical psychology and neuropsychology, with experience in leading and managing teams. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and students.
