Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure water compliance across the estate
  • Carry out repairs, improvements, and routine maintenance to the estate's private water supply and building infrastructure
  • Work on a wide portfolio of buildings, ensuring all aspects of plumbing are functioning efficiently and safely
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in plumbing and heating systems
  • Knowledge of legionella control tasks and prevention
  • Installation and maintenance knowledge of heating systems
  • Availability to be on-call at least 18 weeks per year
