**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and generating maximum returns for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail units, and industrial estates
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards
* Develop and implement strategies to increase property values and rental income
* Collaborate with our surveying team to identify opportunities for property development and improvement
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
