Role Overview

The Occupier and Customer Manager will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with occupiers, customers, and the local community to elevate the experience within the destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build proactive and effective relationships with retailers, leisure operators, and local stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data on sales, footfall, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
