Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Disrepute, one of our flagship bars in Soho.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our guests, following recipes and presentation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Cocktails: Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our guests, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Engage with Customers: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Maintain a Clean Bar Area: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all utensils, glassware, and ingredients are well-stocked and readily available.
  • Ensure Consistency and Quality: Ensure that all cocktails are prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to Safety and Hygiene Regulations: Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with the barback and other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Upsell and Promote: Upsell and promote featured cocktails, specials, and events to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • First-Class Knowledge of Classic Cocktails: First-class knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for mixology.
  • High Levels of Fluency in English: High levels of fluency in English due to the bespoke nature of our service.
