Ottolenghi Careers is seeking an experienced Mixology Expert to join our team at Ottolenghi Spitalfields. As a leading restaurant and deli, we pride ourselves on serving unrushed, seasonal flavours that showcase the best of our culinary offerings.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Cocktail Connoisseur with a passion for crafting exceptional drinks that complement our menu. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a diverse range of drinks that showcase creativity and attention to detail
  • Providing impeccable and friendly service to patrons, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest
  • Upholding high standards of quality and presentation in all beverage-related activities

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £14.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including:
