About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Shift Engineer to join our team at Stallion Recruitment Limited. As an Electrical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC systems, including planned preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, heat exchangers, and controls
  • Ensure compliance with statutory building regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the facilities team, including training and guidance on HVAC systems
Requirements
  • Qualified Engineer with certificates, ideally apprentice-trained
  • Experience with large-scale HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a continental rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends
