**Financial Planning and Analysis Expert**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our team at Finatal, a leading provider of financial services to the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving informed decision-making and optimizing financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement financial models to support business planning, strategic initiatives, and decision-making
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends and drivers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business integration efforts, ensuring seamless financial alignment and reporting
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and investment opportunities
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required

**Requirements:**

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a private equity-backed organization
  • Strong background in business integration and financial modeling
  • Ability to maximize systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment associated with private equity
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to critically assess
  • Experience in post-acquisition integration
  • Experience in a business backed by an institutional fund (PE or VC)
