Job Title: Clinical Research Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Research Team Leader to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of vascular research projects and providing outstanding leadership and line management to your clinical research team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of vascular research projects
  • Provide leadership and line management to the clinical research team
  • Supervise research nurses and practitioners to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with the clinical trials team and multidisciplinary team to manage research patients
  • Develop and implement clinical research portfolios that reflect patient population and local clinical teams

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of research and patient pathways within the vascular specialty
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload and work flexibly across specialties and hospital sites
