About the Role:

The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for leading an internal sales team at our West London Branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong reputation in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the internal sales team to achieve and maintain sales and profitability levels.
  • Establish and develop a client base to support branch sales and margin.
  • Liaise with operations and external sales teams to coordinate sales activities.
  • Work closely with the branch team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • A competitive basic salary of £40k-£50k.
  • A performance-based bonus of 15%-30%.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing and developing an internal sales team within the construction sector.
  • Knowledge of the builders merchant/distributor industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A full driving licence and ability to commute to the West London Branch.
