About the Role:
The Company:
- We are a leading distributor with over 40 years of experience in the industry.
- Our nationwide delivery network spans over 20 branches across the UK.
- We invest heavily in our staff through internal and external training programs.
The Business Unit Manager Role:
- You will lead an internal sales team at our West London Branch.
- Your primary objective will be to motivate and guide the team to achieve and maintain sales and profitability levels.
- You will also be responsible for establishing and developing a client base to support branch sales and margin.
- Liaising with operations and external sales teams to coordinate sales activities.
- This role is based in branch, with no remote working options.
- The branch operates Monday to Friday.
Benefits of the Business Unit Manager Position:
- £40k-£50k basic salary
- 15%-30% Bonus (based on performance)

The Ideal Candidate:
- You will have experience managing and developing an internal sales team within the construction sector.
- Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role within a builders merchant/distributor.
- You must be driven and adaptable to learn our processes and deliver on tasks.
- You will need a full driving license and be commutable to the West London Branch.
