Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in providing high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager
  • Assist with administering medication and providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents

Requirements
  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent

  • Commitment to safeguarding and reporting concerns
