Job Title: Project and Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project and Sales Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the lighting and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  3. Work closely with the design office to ensure all designs meet customer requirements.
  4. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  6. Manage key accounts and prospective clients, arranging quotes, overseeing order entry, and project management.
  7. Collaborate with the line manager to create and implement sales strategies.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Ensure project banks are up-to-date and provide forecasts to support buying and product forecasting.
  10. Regularly conduct presentations to customers and prospects.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
  2. Participate in necessary training for professional development.
  3. Assist other departments as required.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.
  5. Be prepared to work extra hours and travel nationally with overnight stays.

Requirements:

  1. Good lighting knowledge (preferably).
  2. Knowledge of the specification sales process and construction industry.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  2. Computer literacy.
  3. Strong organizational skills.

Experience:

A proven track record in sales with a history of achieving sales targets and KPIs. Experience in the lighting and construction industry is an advantage but not essential.

Must be located within the region indicated with full rights to work in the UK and a full driver's license.
