About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Trade Assistant to join our team at Grafton Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Communication: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Business Development: Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Quote Management: Maintain an effective quote bank, ensuring that all quotes are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, identifying opportunities to maximize sales and margin.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
