Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our commercial teams, ensuring that we are well-positioned to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Project Management: Oversee the management of high-end commercial and domestic landscaping projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our commercial operations, ensuring that we are achieving our financial targets and making informed decisions about resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with our commercial operations, ensuring that we are well-positioned to navigate any challenges that may arise.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our commercial operations are delivering high-quality results, meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring that communication is clear, concise, and effective.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve our commercial processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the commercial team, providing opportunities for growth and development to ensure that we are equipped to succeed in the future.
- Proven Commercial Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
