Job Title: Production Scheduler / Operations Coordinator (Permanent)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler / Operations Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and level load a rolling 6-week production plan to ensure optimal production capacity utilization.
  • Manage manufacturing orders through all levels of the Bill of Material (BOM) to ensure accurate job profiling and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with the Demand team to ensure sales order 'ship by dates' are updated and aligned with production plans.
  • Follow the SIOP planning cycle to ensure alignment with sales, operations, and production plans.
  • Work closely with Material Control to mitigate critical supply shortages and build stop risks.
  • Ensure that no demand is executed outside of the production plan to maintain production efficiency.
  • Escalate perceived risks and actual non-conformities in real-time to ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated working skill, knowledge, and experience of planning management and quality control principles.
  • Strong IT system use, including Excel and Word skills.

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Friday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
