Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Solutions Expert to join our Customer Success Team at myairops. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to solve complex problems and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to meet client requirements. You will work closely with our business development, engineering, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial interest to successful live operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product demonstrations to support our business development team
  • Ability to understand software product functionality and translate the application UI to the back end
  • Experience working with complex software platforms and tailoring solutions to meet client requirements
  • Significant level of customer management experience
  • Ability to work with integration or implementations of Cloud-based systems

Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience in Aviation Operations, specifically Flight Scheduling or Ground Operations, including Crew Scheduling/Rostering, Charter Sales, and Staff Training. A strong understanding of Project Management fundamentals is also essential. The role is hybrid, based at our Farnborough office, and offers a competitive salary, group pension scheme, life assurance, travel insurance, and private healthcare.
