Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team at Magpie Recruitment. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of order processing, from receiving and processing orders to managing inventory and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels and that orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have regarding their orders.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipping.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient shipping and delivery of orders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in order processing and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
