Head Chef Role

We're seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team at The Bell. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and developing menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team
  • Design and implement menus that meet our quality and innovation standards
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
  • Drive sales growth through menu development and promotions

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to design and implement menus that meet our quality and innovation standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
